Influencer Collaboration x Build My Ski Trip

What i did?

I led the end-to-end production of a high-impact PR and influencer trip to the French Alps in April, designed to drive brand awareness and generate premium lifestyle content. From strategic planning and talent procurement to budget management and logistics, I oversaw all elements - including agency liaison, travel coordination, itinerary creation, and real-time content approvals.

Mission

The mission of the influencer trip was to elevate brand exposure and drive engagement while expanding into new markets. By partnering with a diverse mix of creators, we aimed to showcase the chalet experience, with a focus on our exceptional catered offering, through authentic, high-impact content that would resonate with a broad audience.

Vision

The vision of the influencer trip was to curate an unforgettable, immersive experience for 14 influencers, bringing them together in the chalet to fully enjoy the exclusive facilities, skiing, and our exceptional three-course meals. By creating a relaxed, yet engaging atmosphere where they could network, share stories, and bond over their passions, we aimed to foster deeper personal connections with the brand. The more they felt like valued guests, the more they would naturally champion and promote our brand, helping us create authentic, organic content that elevates our marketing strategy and strengthens long-term relationships.

Further Collaborations

The events I curated during the trip were designed to deliver maximum impact with zero additional budget, achieved through strategic collaborations:

  • Partnered with La Folie Douce for an exclusive yoga and brunch session in their panoramic room

  • Organised a cocktail masterclass and private DJ night in the chalet with local professionals

  • Arranged sunrise yoga in the chalet, led by a local yoga instructor

  • Coordinated a guided sunrise ski tour, with equipment provided through a supplier collaboration

These experiences generated exceptional content and opened doors for future collaborations, significantly enhancing our brand presence.

Results 

The influencer trip delivered standout results across content, sentiment, and brand visibility. Every creator shared positive feedback and posted engaging, high-quality content throughout. We also built a strong bank of raw assets to support future organic campaigns. Most notably, the trip drove a 62.5% increase in social followers—growing from 800 to 1,300 in just two weeks—marking a significant boost in reach, engagement, and overall brand presence.
